Can you organise printing?
We are happy to organise printing with our suppliers that uses quality stock and enhances the final product.
I would like to organise my printing, can you tell me what specs are best?
We sure can! Let us know you will be organising the printing yourself and would like some recommendations for paper stock, finishing or embellishing.
What if things aren't working out?
Although rare, sometimes things just don’t fit right or you might want to move in a different direction. Please let us know feedback throughout the design process and we can work to adjust to the correct vibe, and if you really would like to take your work elsewhere, let us know and we will only charge for work completed to date.
How will I receive my final files?
When final files have been completed and payment is processed a link will be sent to a file sharing service where you can download them. While some files may be small enough to send through email the majority will be too large and require storage on a sharing service.
How many revisions do I get?
We allow three rounds of revision and find this covers most requested changes. If you require additional changes they are charged on an hourly basis.
Will I get the working files?
Unless discussed at the beginning of the project the working files (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc) will not be included. This can be negotiated for an additional release fee.
